Marc Rapaport is the founder and Managing Member of Rapaport Law Firm, PLLC. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he is a graduate of New York University and Georgetown University Law Center. He began his legal career as an attorney with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. as a staff attorney with the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission.
Mr. Rapaport's practice focuses on employment discrimination, commercial litigation, telecommunications issues, and domestic relations. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
Mr. Rapaport is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey and is admitted to the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Rapaport actively litigates cases throughout the tri-state area.
Marc Rapaport runs a full-service litigation firm, with offices in the richly historic Empire State Building, conveniently located on Fifth Avenue, in the heart of Manhattan. Mr. Rapaport regularly appears in the local and national media, and his cases have resulted in multiple published decisions.
Marc Rapaport has successfully pursued discrimination, sexual harassment, unpaid wage, FMLA, ADA, and wrongful termination claims on behalf of employees against the world's largest corporations. His widely reported success in the case Mena v. Key Food is now the leading legal precedent in jurisdictions throughout the United States with respect to legal issues associated with clandestine taping in the workplace.

Ms. Flug is an experienced litigator. Ms. Flug began joined our firm as an Associate Attorney in 2007. Before joining our firm, she was a commercial and landlord-tenant attorney with several New York City law firms. While in law school, Ms. Flug clerked with the office of the Queens County District Attorney.

In November 2008, Romanian Attorney Florica Baicu joined our firm. Ms. Baicu received her Juris Doctor in Romania, and her L.L.M. degree from Hofstra University. She provides litigation support in the areas of commercial litigation and divorce. Ms. Baicu's international experience, language skills, and legal skills have enhanced the firm's ability to represent an unusually diverse client base that includes individuals and corporations from nearly every corner of the globe.
