Marc Rapaport is the founder and principal of Marc A. Rapaport, P.C. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he is a graduate of New York University and Georgetown University Law Center. He began his legal career as an attorney with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. as a staff attorney with the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission.

Mr. Rapaport's practice focuses on employment discrimination, commercial litigation, and domestic relations. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Queens County Bar Association, National Employment Lawyers Association/New York, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives.

Mr. Rapaport is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey and is admitted to the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Rapaport actively litigates cases throughout the tri-state area.

He runs a full-service litigation firm, with offices in the richly historic Empire State Building, conveniently located on Fifth Avenue, in the heart of Manhattan. Mr. Rapaport regularly appears in the local and national media and his cases have resulted in multiple published decisions. He has successfully pursued discrimination, sexual harassment, unpaid wage, and wrongful termination claims on behalf of employees against the world's largest corporations.
