Marc A. Rapaport

Marc Rapaport is the founder and Managing Member of Rapaport Law Firm, PLLC. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he is a graduate of New York University and Georgetown University Law Center. He began his legal career as an attorney with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. as a staff attorney with the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission.

Mr. Rapaport's practice focuses on employment discrimination, commercial litigation, telecommunications issues, and domestic relations. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the National Employment Lawyers Association.

Mr. Rapaport is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey, and he is admitted to the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He litigates matrimonial, employment, and telecommunications cases throughout the tri-state area. In November 2008, Romanian Attorney Florica Baicu joined our firm. Ms. Baicu received her Juris Doctor in Romania, and her L.L.M. degree from Hofstra University. She provides litigation support in the areas of commercial litigation and divorce. Ms. Baicu's international experience, language skills, and legal skills have enhanced the firm's ability to represent an unusually diverse client base that includes individuals and corporations from nearly every corner of the globe.

F. Todd McLoughlin

Mr. McLoughlin is an experienced New York litigator. Mr. McLoughlin became of-counsel to Rapaport Law Firm, PLLC in 2009. He has more than six years of experience handling commercial, landlord/tenant, and divorce matters in New York.

Dennis Groves

Dennis Groves

Dennis Groves graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in June 2012. He passed the New York State Bar Examination and is awaiting his formal admission to the Bar. The newest addition to our firm, Mr. Groves assists with all aspects of our firm's litigation practice. Prior to joining our office, Mr. Groves served as a law clerk at one of New York City's most prestigious plaintiff-side employment firms. While in law school, Mr. Groves was a member of Cardozo's Labor and Employment Clinic, representing clients on matters including wage and hour violations, discrimination, and denial of unemployment benefits.
