Marc Rapaport is the founder and Managing Member of Rapaport Law Firm, PLLC. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he is a graduate of New York University and Georgetown University Law Center. He began his legal career as an attorney with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. as a staff attorney with the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission.
Mr. Rapaport's practice focuses on employment discrimination, commercial litigation, telecommunications issues, and domestic relations. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the National Employment Lawyers Association.

Dennis Groves graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in June 2012. He passed the New York State Bar Examination and is awaiting his formal admission to the Bar. The newest addition to our firm, Mr. Groves assists with all aspects of our firm's litigation practice. Prior to joining our office, Mr. Groves served as a law clerk at one of New York City's most prestigious plaintiff-side employment firms. While in law school, Mr. Groves was a member of Cardozo's Labor and Employment Clinic, representing clients on matters including wage and hour violations, discrimination, and denial of unemployment benefits.
